Terms and Conditions - GoGoX Reserve Membership Tiers
These terms and conditions apply to your subscription to the GoGoX Reserve Bronze II, Bronze III, Silver II, Gold II, and/or Platinum II membership tiers (the “Selected Membership Plans”).
By agreeing to and using the Selected Membership Plans, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are in addition to the GoGoX terms and conditions set out at https://driver-reg.gogovan.com.hk/en/pdf/t_c_hk_eng.pdf (these terms and conditions and the GoGoX terms and conditions collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”). Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully and do not register for, subscribe for, or use the Selected Membership Plans if you do not agree with them.
In these Terms and Conditions, capitalized words have the same meaning as in the GoGoX terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined or the context requires otherwise.
1. What are the Selected Membership Plans
The Selected Membership Plans are value-added services powered by GoGoX that provide exclusive benefits to Participating Providers that choose to subscribe for the relevant membership tiers.
2. Exclusive Benefits
You will receive the following exclusive benefits as part of your subscription:
(i) Privilege to accept all orders which includes instant orders, night orders (from 9pm to 6:59am the following day), Same Day Appointment, Moving Assistance and Next Day Appointment orders.¹
(ii) Ability to use Auto-accept Mode, where Participating Providers are assigned orders.
(iii) Promo code for using a third party app which provides real time traffic condition reminders.²
GoGoX reserves the right to amend the exclusive benefits of the Selected Membership Plans at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice. For details about the Selected Membership Plans, please refer to GoGoX’s Website, Platform, e-mail or other ways of communication we deem appropriate and any changes to the Selected Membership Plans shall take effect immediately upon GoGoX posting the same.
3. Price and Payment
Details of the subscription fees for the Selected Membership Plans may be found on GoGoX’s Website and/or the Platform from time to time.
By agreeing to and using one of the Selected Membership Plans, you agree to pay an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You can sign up at any time during the month, and the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your Selected Membership Plan at any time during the month, the newly upgraded or downgraded Selected Membership Plan (as applicable) will only take effect at the next monthly renewal date and you will continue to be eligible for the exclusive plan benefits until such date.
GoGoX reserves the right to adjust the applicable subscription fees and available payment methods for the Selected Membership Plans at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice. Any fee adjustments will be communicated to you through the Website, Platform, e-mail or any other way of communication GoGoX deems appropriate and will take effect as communicated.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
You can cancel your subscription of the Selected Membership Plans at any time. All cancellations will take effect at the next monthly renewal date. In order to cancel your subscription, please click or tap on “Cancel subscription” inside the GoGoX Partner mobile application. Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to be eligible for the exclusive plan benefits until the end of your subscription period. GoGoX will not make prorated reimbursements for subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of the subscription period.
5. Amendment
GoGoX reserves the right to amend any part or the Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion at any time without further notice to you. We recommend you to read these Terms and Conditions periodically.
If you do not cancel your subscription to the Plan following the change, you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions. In the event of objection in due time, both parties have the right to terminate the contractual relationship.
6. Termination
We have the right to terminate or suspend your subscription for the Selected Membership Plan at any time at our sole discretion, including but not limited to if we become aware or have reasonable grounds to believe that your use of the subscription is unacceptable, non-payment of the relevant subscription fees by you, or in the event of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, we may, but shall be under no obligation to, provide you with a warning prior to termination of your subscription.
7. Data Privacy
By registering your interest for the Selected Membership Plans and by continuing your subscription of the Selected Membership Plans, you have agreed to provide to us your personal data for the purposes of the use of the Platform, including collection of your credit card information being processed and retained by a third party payment company. We will process the personal data collected from you in accordance with our Privacy Policy at: https://www.gogox.com/privacy/ (as amended from time to time at our discretion).
8. Disclaimer and Limitation on Legal Liability
The Selected Membership Plans are provided to you on an “as is” basis. The disclaimers in the GoGoX terms and conditions apply to the Selected Membership Plans equally to the extent applicable, and the Selected Membership Plans shall be treated as part of the Platform and the Services of GoGoX.
9. Language
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Chinese translation.

² GoGoX shall not be responsible for the contents and accuracy of any third-party Apps and your use of any third-party Apps are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that GoGoX is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss or other claim caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the access to, use of and/or reliance on any content available on any third-party Apps.
